Service Supervisor (Workplace: Bonsucesso – RJ)

Requirements: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering; Experience managing a maintenance team for handling or energy equipment, contract management; Office – Advanced; Intermediary English; It will be considered a professional differential to have experience with equipment management for the maintenance of generator sets and Availability for travel.

Activities to be developed: Supervise, monitor and control all stages of field services, identifying opportunities, process improvements, cost and resource optimization and the effectiveness of the team's operational plans, in order to ensure compliance with the goals established in the strategic planning and budget; Provide budgets and quotations for requested services, as well as monitor the services performed, aiming at the precise identification of hours worked and amounts to be billed and consequent customer satisfaction.

Prerequisites: Complete high school; Desirable technical course in electrical engineering or related areas; Experience in electrical maintenance of electric diesel trucks (preferably heavy machinery); Knowledge in technical English.

Activities: Monitor the performance of electrical/electronic equipment, checking circuits, consulting schematics and manipulating specific test equipment, in order to carry out the necessary interventions in anticipation of the aggravation of problems; Prepare a report on the assembly, service or maintenance carried out, detailing the services and parts used, sending it to the person in charge; Carry out tests on all repaired equipment and machines, using appropriate equipment in order to detect whether the malfunctions presented have been properly corrected; perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
