How To Interpret The Used Car Ranking

The study organizes the list based on the return on investment (ROI), which considers the gross margin and the time in stock.
In practical terms, the higher the margin and the fewer days until the sale, the greater the monthly ROI tends to be.
Therefore, models like Tiggo 5X and Yaris Hatch appear in top positions: they combine relevant margins and turnover below 30 days.
There are differences even within the top 10. Some cars show margins above 10%, but with turnovers exceeding 40 days.
In others, the opposite occurs: quick turnover with lower margins, as seen in mid-sized sedans and SUVs.
For those buying to resell, the decision depends on balancing margin, speed of sale, and average ticket size, according to the stock profile.
Used Cars Gain Ground Over New Ones
With new model prices at a high level, the demand for recent used cars grows, which maintain updated equipment packages and less immediate depreciation.
The reflection appears in the sector: the average ticket of used cars rises, and turnover remains within healthy standards.
Brands with a reputation for after-sales and SUVs with greater commercial appeal remain among the most sought-after. In your opinion, which of these models is the easiest to resell these days?
