The selection of those who wish to work from home and earn extra income will occur in two phases: the first phase – the online training course divided into six modules, lasting 120 hours and of an eliminatory character.
The second phase provides for the application of a objective and discursive test, online and of an eliminatory character, only for participants who do not possess the certificate of the Program for Updating and Qualifying Evaluators (PAQ-A) or the Program for Updating and Qualifying Supervisors (PAQ-S) from the Enem 2023, issued by Cebraspe.

Those who are interested in being an Essay Evaluator for the Enem in 2024 to earn extra income must have a degree in the area of Literature, Portuguese Language, or Linguistics. Those interested in evaluating essays from participants who requested special assistance must demonstrate experience in evaluating this type of essay or have worked with written production.
It is worth mentioning that individuals already registered for the Enem 2024 cannot participate, nor can they have a first-degree kinship with participants of the Enem 2024, such as a parent, spouse, or child, nor can they have any ties with preparatory courses for the Enem for entrance exams or public competitions, or carry out activities that prevent the participant from performing their duties as an evaluator of the Enem 2024 essays with integrity.
How to Register and Apply for Home Office Positions to Work from Home?
Those interested in the opportunities as Essay Evaluators for the Enem to earn extra income must necessarily register on the Cebraspe website during the period established in the Announcement (by July 12) and present the required documents.
The registration request must be accompanied by the upload of diplomas and academic transcripts from their undergraduate studies that prove the requirements needed for home office positions.
It is worth mentioning that Cebraspe is not responsible for registration requests that are not received due to technical issues with computers, communication failures, line congestion, or other factors. Interested individuals who do not register for the process through the electronic address will not be able to participate in the PAQ-A.
It is worth mentioning that, when approved for the home office positions to work from home, the Essay Evaluator for the Enem will receive R$ 3.00 for each essay evaluated in the 1st and 2nd corrections and R$ 3.30 for each essay evaluated in the 3rd correction.
Tests to Become an Evaluator for the Enem
Those approved will undergo a distance course with a duration of 120 hours, which will be conducted through the Moodle platform during the period established in the schedule specified in the Announcement. At the end of the course, the participant will undertake a practical evaluative activity that will contribute to the final grade along with the grades from each module of the course.
The objective and discursive tests will have a total duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes and will be administered on the likely date set in the Announcement, in the afternoon, according to the official Brasília time. The tests will be conducted online, and the questions will be presented randomly. On the likely date, the necessary information for taking the objective and discursive tests will be disclosed.
