Unimed Grande Florianópolis, a major reference in healthcare and the largest cooperative in the sector in Santa Catarina, announced this Wednesday (25) a new home office position open for the role of Customer Loyalty Consultant. This selection process to work at Unimed is a great opportunity for those who wish to grow in an innovative and inclusive company.

Participate in the Selection Process at Unimed

Those interested in the home office position to work at Unimed must have a complete higher education, preferably in Administration, knowledge in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email), and experience in customer service and writing. A postgraduate degree in People Management is also desirable.

It is worth mentioning that those approved in the selection process for positions at Unimed as Customer Loyalty Consultants will be responsible for managing corporate contracts, providing personalized consulting to ensure the profitability of agreements and customer satisfaction. The role also includes developing management solutions, seeking to increase revenue, the number of lives under contract, and optimizing assistance costs.

Additionally, the professional will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate contracts, providing personalized consulting for clients, developing management strategies to optimize results, identifying new business opportunities with clients, increasing profitability and controlling assistance costs, among others.

This position is of utmost importance, as customer loyalty aims to create a relationship of trust between the customer and the company, ensuring that the person maintains satisfaction with the brand, often preferring to obtain products and services from the company before looking for another option.

Stages of the Selection Process for Positions at Unimed

Applications can be made until November 17, and those interested in the home office position to work at Unimed must register on the official Unimed Grande Florianópolis website.

On the company’s official page, it is necessary to carefully read all information and only then register on the platform using some basic data. The selection process for positions at Unimed consists of registration, behavioral test, Portuguese test, logical reasoning test, technical evaluation, interview, and hiring.

Those approved for the home office position will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and, in addition to a salary of R$ 4,271.50, will have various benefits such as: 

  • Childcare Assistance;
  • Meal/Food Voucher: R$ 800.00;
  • Psychology Services;
  • Transportation Voucher;
  • Dental Plan;
  • Career Plan, Positions, and Salaries;
  • Gym Platform;

Health Plan for employees residing in the Greater Florianópolis area. For home office employees outside the Greater Florianópolis area, health assistance is offered.
