In this edition, the company is looking for graduates or technologists in all areas who have graduated between December 2020 and December 2022. The selection will be conducted entirely online.
The manager responsible for hiring and selection processes at Nestlé, Ana Schiavone, said that each year the company seeks new ways to enhance the Trainee Program and, for this interaction, a greater emphasis on people training has been planned. The selection process will be improved and more humanized, with a significant focus on diversity and inclusion, both of which are increasingly important to the organization.
In the selection process for trainees that took place last year, there were a total of 47,000 applications, and it is expected that this new program for 2023 will exceed 50,000 applications.

How Will the Selection Process for Nestlé’s Trainee Program 2023 Be Done
After the application process is completed, all potential participants will go through a selection process that includes a cultural and logical exam.
In the subsequent stage, which will take place in October, the Nestlé Bootcamp will be held. In this stage, candidates will be divided into groups to participate in masterclasses and mentoring with professionals from the company. Additionally, at the end of this stage, they will need to submit a project.
Those selected for the next level will participate in panels with executives from the company in November. The names of the candidates approved for Nestlé’s Trainee Program 2023 are expected to be announced by November 15.

The company is looking for people who have completed their graduate or technologist courses in any field between December 2020 and December 2023. Additionally, candidates must be available to travel or relocate to other cities where Nestlé operates.
