The SESI (Social Service of Industry) has announced new job opportunities for the position of Occupational Safety Technician at the Rio do Sul unit in Santa Catarina. The position is part of the institution’s permanent staff and offers a salary of R$ 4,831.35 for a workload of 200 hours per month, with on-site work and shifts in the morning and afternoon.

The selection is part of the Selection Process 02625/2025, conducted by the FIESC System, which is responsible for bringing together the SESI, SENAI, and IEL entities in Santa Catarina. The contract will be formalized under the CLT (Monthly) regime, with no fixed term, ensuring stability and competitive benefits within the industrial sector of Santa Catarina.

Profile and Job Requirements

To apply for the position, a Complete Technical Course in Occupational Safety, active registration with the SRTE, National Driver’s License category B, and technical proficiency in Occupational Hygiene and development of PGR (Risk Management Program) are required.

Selection Process Steps

The selection process follows technical and objective criteria. The final score of the candidate (NF) will be calculated by the weighted average between the Formation and Knowledge Test (TFC) and the Profile Evaluation (AP), according to the formula NF = ((TFC + (AP*2)) / 3).
