After selling the business to the French group Publicis, Moran decided to invest part of his fortune in building one of the most extravagant private properties in Queensland.

He purchased the property in 2021 and, alongside his wife Alicia, dedicated four years to the complete transformation of the site.

Moran claims that he worked about 65 hours a week for three consecutive years, viewing the process as a true obsession to push aesthetic and engineering limits.

The goal was to create something world-class, visually stunning, and technically advanced at the same time.
