Internship in Logistics

Requirements:

Engineering student expected to graduate from July/22 or later;
Advanced level of English for writing, reading, and communication;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Availability to intern 6 hours daily (30 hours weekly).

Activities:

Opening incidents in the workflow system and paccase;
Organizing carrier documents in the box;
Requesting and conducting the first verification of lashing plans and flowcharts;
Issuing procedures, instructions, and EHS alerts;
Preparing metrics and EHS presentations;
Monitoring corrective/preventive actions for nonconformities (Audits, Incident Reports, and RCA);
Managing reverse logistics of main component packaging;
Planning and controlling transport packaging and assets, and monitoring the manufacturing plan;
Issuing purchase orders in ERP systems, Oracle/SAP.

Desired Characteristics:

Good presentation skills;
Able to work well in a team;
Good ability to innovate;
Proactivity;
Ability to quickly learn new software and optimize technology capacity.
