Internship in Logistics

Requirements:

  • Engineering student expected to graduate from July/22 or later;
  • Advanced level of English for writing, reading, and communication;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Availability to intern 6 hours daily (30 hours weekly).

Activities:

  • Opening incidents in the workflow system and paccase;
  • Organizing carrier documents in the box;
  • Requesting and conducting the first verification of lashing plans and flowcharts;
  • Issuing procedures, instructions, and EHS alerts;
  • Preparing metrics and EHS presentations;
  • Monitoring corrective/preventive actions for nonconformities (Audits, Incident Reports, and RCA);
  • Managing reverse logistics of main component packaging;
  • Planning and controlling transport packaging and assets, and monitoring the manufacturing plan;
  • Issuing purchase orders in ERP systems, Oracle/SAP.

  • Good ability to innovate;
  • Proactivity;
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and optimize technology capacity.
