Job Description at Unimed
The nursing technician will be responsible for providing direct assistance to patients in the surgical center, assisting in pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.
Among their activities, they will execute the assistance plan developed by the nurse and carry out support activities for the medical and nursing team.
This includes organizing surgical materials and checking them, ensuring the safety of the procedure.
Furthermore, the professional must pay attention to details during surgeries, such as checking the integrity of the material packaging, performing the equipment checklist, controlling surgical time, and ensuring a safe environment for the patient.
