Unimed do Brasil, The Largest Cooperative in Health, Has a New Open Selection Process With Over 400 Job Vacancies for Candidates in Various Areas.

The National Confederation of Medical Cooperatives – Unimed do Brasil, the largest cooperative experience in health worldwide and also the largest network of medical assistance in Brazil, has a new open selection process and plans to fill around 453 job vacancies for both remote and on-site positions in various fields.

Who Can Participate in the Selection Process of Unimed do Brasil?

Unimed do Brasil is looking for candidates who reside in the state of São Paulo, Niterói, Minas Gerais, Alagoas, Piauí, and many other regions. It is worth mentioning that for a large number of opportunities there is also the possibility of hybrid work, where tasks can be performed both in person and remotely. Open job vacancies include:

Innovation Analyst Pl.

A complete higher education degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields is required, as well as knowledge in agile projects, analytical skills, and ease of working with project management and open innovation. Knowledge and experience in Design Thinking and working with innovation hubs, startups, and innovation consultancies will be an advantage.

Market Intelligence Analyst Pl. (Research Department)

A complete higher education degree is required, along with knowledge and experience in market analysis, advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, postgraduate studies, experience in the health field, statistical analysis, and knowledge of BI systems.

IT Business Analyst Pl

A complete higher education degree in IT is required, along with knowledge in Azure DevOps and System Integrations, as well as commitment, good communication skills, proactivity, and organization.

Junior Occupational Health Analyst 

A complete higher education degree in Business Administration or related fields is required, as well as knowledge in Occupational Health products and services, Intermediate Office Package skills, Contract Management, and knowledge of Projuris.

Senior DevOps Analyst

A complete higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required, along with knowledge of load balancing concepts, storage technology management, computer network architecture, and cloud knowledge.

According to Cassia Aparecida Ferreira, who works with IT – Systems, her background is in mathematics, she has a postgraduate degree in systems analysis, project management, and IT governance, and has just completed a health management course at Unimed college. She has 15 years of experience in the Unimed system, with 6 years at Unimed do Brasil.

She started at the company as a support analyst for the institutional batch team and in about two years moved to the internal systems support team. In 2019, she faced a challenge that was to migrate the GP system to a new one. Due to working with sensitive information, she had to be reassigned to the GP team, where she was very well received.
