The initiative aims to generate positions with and without experience in its Trainee program. Those interested in participating in the selection process must have a degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil, Industrial, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering, skills to manage drilling or intervention operations on location, leadership for people management, KPI, and environmental aspects, flexibility to work in the field, availability for relocation, and intermediate English.

Interested? Know that those approved in the selection process for positions with and without experience will be responsible for carrying out theoretical training, assessments, practical activities, and developing the final project during the supervisor training program for wells.

The selected candidates for the 3R Petroleum team will work to fulfill the well program, maintaining the highest performance standards of the business and operational safety, contributing to optimize the well construction process, using technology and procedures that ensure the best cost-benefit.

The Trainees will have the chance to operate drilling, intervention, or completion rigs onshore of 3R Petroleum, located in strategic regions of Rio Grande do Norte and Bahia. 3R will cover all logistical expenses of the project.

Composed of six modules, the program includes mentoring, practical activities, project presentations, and assessments, focusing on development aligned with the Values of 3R. The first group of the Well Construction Trainee will have 14 positions with and without experience, lasting six months.
