Those interested in participating in the selection process must have a degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil, Industrial, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering, skills to manage drilling or intervention operations on location, leadership for people management, KPI, and environmental aspects, flexibility to work in the field, availability for relocation, and intermediate English.

Performance

The Trainees will have the chance to operate drilling, intervention, or completion rigs onshore of 3R Petroleum, located in strategic regions of Rio Grande do Norte and Bahia. 3R will cover all logistical expenses of the project.
