Volkswagen Has Hundreds of Openings in Its Internship Program. The Selection Process Focuses on Candidates Without Experience from Various Regions and Different Areas of Expertise.
The multinational Volkswagen announced this Thursday (22) the opening of applications for its new selection process aimed at attracting talents without experience for its internship program. There are a total of 100 openings distributed across the cities of São Bernardo do Campo (SP), Taubaté (SP), São Carlos (SP), Vinhedo (SP), and São José dos Pinhais (PR). The opportunities are intended for university students from various fields of humanities and exact sciences who are expected to graduate between December 2023 and July 2025.
Requirements Required by Volkswagen to Participate in the Selection Process
The ideal profile for the positions consists of candidates without experience, who are creative and energetic enough to overcome challenges, in order to help the manufacturer remain agile, innovative, digital, human, and diverse.
Regarding diversity, the German company has affirmative openings in this selection for black individuals, women, LGBTQIA+, people with disabilities (PWD), and senior generations, being one of the premises of the program.

- Technology in Foreign Trade, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, and Science and Technology;
- Law, Economic Sciences, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Foreign Trade;
- Social Communication, Advertising and Propaganda, Advertising and Marketing, Marketing, Environmental Engineering;
- Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
Applications for the Selection Process Can Be Made Online
Students without experience who are interested in the internship openings at the German company can apply until January 31 of next year through Volkswagen’s page on the Across Jobs platform.
The selection process will include online tests, group dynamics, and a final interview with the manager. The person responsible for the selection process did not provide details about the execution timeline. However, they made the email suporte@across.jobs available for any questions.
For candidates without experience who are hired for the internship program openings, a benefits package will include a scholarship compatible with the market, discounts for vehicle purchases, health insurance, life insurance, Zenklub, gympass, partially subsidized lunch, shuttle transportation, free parking, and a medical clinic on site.
