Andrade Gutierrez Opens Selection Process for Its Internship Program 2023 in São Paulo and Belo Horizonte
The Brazilian multinational Andrade Gutierrez (AG) opened applications for the Internship Program on December 12, 2022, and they will remain open until January 12, 2023. There are more than 30 positions available in the offices of São Paulo and Belo Horizonte, with an initial scholarship of R$ 1,900. Eligible participants for the selection process are university students expected to graduate in July or December 2024.
Information About the Andrade Gutierrez Internship Program and How to Apply
The Internship Program lasts for 2 years, with a focus on developing technical skills, behavioral competencies, and business topics, allowing the intern to apply their knowledge in the workplace. Students may be pursuing degrees in Psychology, Law, Journalism, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, and Engineering, with a graduation forecast for July or December 2024.
The required availability is 30 hours a week, or 6 hours a day, and the internship model is in-person. Foreign languages such as English and Spanish are a differential in the résumé. Regarding remuneration, the program offers a scholarship of R$ 1,900 in the first year, increasing to R$ 2,200 starting from the second year. Additionally, the following benefits are offered: life insurance, transportation voucher, meal or food voucher, development program, paid leave, medical assistance, dental assistance, flexible hours (depending on location), and the possibility of hiring.

According to the Human and Organizational Development Manager of the company, Simone Paes, the program focuses on fostering a mutual environment of exchange and learning for young professionals. “Here at AG, managers are partners of the interns and closely follow each one, promoting conditions for the development of these talents,” she highlights.
