Agricultural Partnerships Trainee
A degree in agribusiness, agricultural engineering, agronomy, agricultural engineering, agribusiness engineering, or agribusiness management is required. Being able to analyze numbers, basic skills with Google Earth, knowledge in Excel spreadsheets, among others, will be a plus.

Responsible for monitoring processes in the Industrial Maintenance sector, developing technical feasibility studies for the process, monitoring and developing activities in the Engineering sector, supporting production areas by improving and developing work methods, among others.
Environmental Trainee
A degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Forestry Engineering, Biological Sciences, or Environmental Management is necessary, and knowledge in GIS and AutoCAD will be an advantage. Responsible for checking compliance with legal requirements, preparing specific reports, supporting waste management, among others.
Applications for the Trainee Program Can Be Made Online
Those interested in the opportunities at Usina Batatais, which offer great salaries, should register online at the trainee program website on the Eureca platform. It is necessary to register on the platform and complete the proposed activities that make up the first part of the selection process.
The selection process includes the closure of registrations and the end of the deadline for online activities on April 13. At the end of the same month, there will be a warm-up with the candidates and an online panel. From May 10 to May 12, an in-person panel and in-person interviews with managers will occur. In the same month, the results will be announced, and the trainee program will start in June.
The salaries for those approved by Usina Batatais are R$ 6,1 thousand for 220 hours per month, according to the company. Participants also receive benefits such as life insurance, medical assistance, pharmaceutical agreement, profit sharing, and transportation to the Batatais and Cevasa units.
