Founded in 1937, Santa Adélia has three mills located in the cities of Jaboticabal, Pereira Barreto, and Sud Mennucci (Santa Adélia Pioneers Mill), in the State of São Paulo.

The company has approximately 3,800 employees, with a production capacity, obtained in the 2019/2020 harvest of 2,558,329 sacks of sugar, 404,139 m³ of ethanol, in addition to the commercialization of 328,593 MWh of exported energy, totaling a grinding of 5.74 million tons of sugarcane.
