Requirements from Saipem: Previous experience as an Offshore Welder, as well as experience in team management and qualification in welding. A higher education degree is desirable, and advanced English is essential.
Responsibilities: Ensure proper implementation of operational procedures and ensure that the entire welding team is fully aware and trained in project specifications, with support from the welding supervisor when necessary.
Among their tasks are organizing and coordinating technical training and qualification of the welding team, managing synergies among team members and equipment, and ensuring basic maintenance of welding equipment.
