Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for reviewing and commenting on the technical documentation received along with the Purchase Requisition, developing the procurement strategy including the Bidder List for internal approval, and issuing RFQs based on the approved strategy.
They will act as an interface during the bidding process, managing the receipt of technical and commercial offers and maintaining confidentiality regarding information.

Offshore Structural Welding Supervisor
Requirements from Saipem: Previous experience as an Offshore Welder, as well as experience in team management and qualification in welding. A higher education degree is desirable, and advanced English is essential.
Responsibilities: Ensure proper implementation of operational procedures and ensure that the entire welding team is fully aware and trained in project specifications, with support from the welding supervisor when necessary.
Among their tasks are organizing and coordinating technical training and qualification of the welding team, managing synergies among team members and equipment, and ensuring basic maintenance of welding equipment.

Contract Administrator — Specialist
Requirements from Saipem: Higher education in Law, Engineering, Administration, or related areas, with a desirable postgraduate degree in Contract Management or Project Management.
Previous experience in contract functions in large EPC projects, especially in the O&G and Subsea Construction industries, is required.
Responsibilities: Perform contractual administration activities, providing support to project planning and monitoring.
Among their main responsibilities are ensuring and identifying all contractual obligations and rights with clients and subcontractors, monitoring key client deliveries, identifying risks and opportunities in case of failures or delays, and organizing training sessions on contractual issues.
