Welder II
Requirements Imposed by WEG: Must have completed high school. Additionally, it is essential to have skills in reading and interpreting measurement instruments and mechanical drawings.
Previous experience with MIG welding is required, as well as knowledge and experience in ultrasonic welding and total penetration processes.
Responsibilities: Verify, according to the operation note, the parts to be assembled or tacked according to the serial number of each boiler set.
Prepare the surface of the parts, removing slag, oxides, and other dirt to ensure welding quality.

Mechanical Maintenance Assistant
Requirements Imposed by WEG: Must have completed high school.
Responsibilities: Assist in the disassembly and assembly of component sets, repair, adjustment, regulation, and replacement of parts as necessary to ensure proper functioning.

Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, normalization, adjustment, and parameter setting of equipment according to production process demands. Will operate small and complex conventional machining machines, controlling mechanisms and following step by step the execution of operations.

Process Engineering Analyst
Requirements Imposed by WEG: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Production Engineering, or Electrical Production Engineering.
In addition to academic training, skills such as teamwork ability, analytical ability, organization, good interpersonal relationships, negotiation skills, dynamism, and ease in teaching and learning are required.
Responsibilities: Monitor and develop techniques, materials, and equipment, staying updated with the latest technologies and applying them in the company. Will provide technical support to manufacturing areas, developing viable alternatives to solve identified problems.

Requirements Imposed by WEG: Must be studying Mechanical Engineering or Production. Solid knowledge in manufacturing processes, planning, and technical drawing is essential.
Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate skills such as proactivity, interest in innovation, and teamwork capability.
Responsibilities: Assist in studies and projects related to the area of expertise, such as product, processes, quality, and internal and external customer service.
Will also be responsible for filing, organizing, and checking various documents, assisting in the issuance and checking of reports, as well as collaborating in the preparation of graphs, spreadsheets, and other relevant documents.
