Job responsibilities: Conducting technical and operational training for the factory team; Mapping opportunities for process improvements in the area and implementation; Ensuring audits and inspections of the area; Team leadership (EHS technicians); etc.
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
- Specialization completed in Occupational Safety;
- Solid experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Experience in Cause and Risk Analysis;
- Experience in 45001 auditing;
- Knowledge and experience with ISO 14001;
- Knowledge and experience with NR 10, 12, and 17;
- Experience in people management;
