Available Positions And Distribution By Poles
UFG is initially offering 2 (two) positions for immediate filling, but there is a significant opportunity in forming the reserve list.
Candidates approved beyond the number of immediate positions may be called as needed by the coordination and financial viability.

Scholarship Value For The Hiring Of EAD Tutors
For the teachers and selected professionals, the financial incentive is an attractive point. The approved and summoned candidate will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 1,100.00, paid directly by CAPES (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel).
The period for receiving the scholarship will last as long as the tutor is active in the course, as defined by the coordination. It is worth remembering that this scholarship does not create an employment bond with the Federal University.
How The Selection Process And Quotas Work
UFG reinforces its commitment to inclusion. The notice provides for the reservation of 50% of the positions for candidates who self-declare as black, mixed race, indigenous, people with disabilities, transgender, or travestis.
The validation of these conditions will be conducted by identification and verification committees led by the Inclusion Secretariat of UFG.
The selection for the hiring of EAD tutors will be divided into two main stages:
- Document Analysis (Eliminatory And Classificatory): This is the assessment of the resume and the documents submitted. The minimum score for approval is 70 points.
- Online Interview (Classificatory): Those approved in the first phase will participate in a mandatory interview, where knowledge in EAD, digital fluency, and availability will be assessed.
Essential Requirements For Your Registration
To ensure your participation and compete for the positions, candidates must have a degree in a Licentiate level in any field of knowledge, in addition to having completed a Lato Sensu postgraduate course aimed at the field of Education or Teaching.
In addition to academic qualifications, interested parties must attach all digitized personal documents (ID, CPF), updated proof of address, and diplomas (front and back) proving the required qualification, along with the filled scoring table, to the selection platform.
Candidates who are already UFG employees can also participate, provided they present a declaration of agreement from their immediate supervisor and prove that the tutoring will not affect their regular working hours.
