The Ipiranga 2021 Trainee Program will last for 12 months with development actions that include a learning ecosystem, mentorship with executives, cross-functional roles, involvement in innovation projects, among others. Check below the requirements on how to apply.

Requirements: Interested parties do not need to be residents of RJ, must have completed higher education between December 2016 and December 2020 in any field. The Ipiranga Brazilian Petroleum Company seeks young talents who are motivated by challenges, have adaptability, proactivity, and interest in innovation and continuous learning. Availability to reside in different cities and intermediate English are also prerequisites.

The selection process for RJ will follow a calendar and phases of tests and new proposals for evaluating the applicants. The program will be structured in the following stages:

• Applications – September 14 to October 14;
• Logical Test – From September to October;
• Cultural Fit – From September to October;
• Competency Game – October;
• Recorded Interview – From October to November;
• Online Group Activity – November;
• Panel with Managers – From November to December;
• Start at Ipiranga – January
