The Trainee Program lasts 12 months and features an intense professional development circuit.
The journey begins with comprehensive onboarding, where the young professional will learn about the company’s main areas, as well as immerse in our values and culture. The program also includes a postgraduate degree in Multimodal Engineering recognized by the Ministry of Education, three weeks of development throughout the year, mentorship, and the Mochilão program, which involves visits to our ports, terminals, and railways to closely observe the activities that transform the country’s economy.
