The main responsibilities for this position include leading the company’s Internship and Youth Apprenticeship Program, including steps related to EVP and Employer Brand, onboarding, contract control, development actions, and implementation, in addition to carrying out the steps described in the Inclusion Program for People with Disabilities, among other duties.
