Applications for the selection process for trainee vacancies at Vale in partnership with Senai have been open since March 28th and will run until April 14th, 2023. This year, the mining company offers around one thousand vacancies, spread across four states: Espírito Santo, Maranhão, Minas Gerais and Pará.

The objective of the 2023 trainee vacancies is to provide training in operational and technical functions at Vale and Senai and encourage the inclusion of women in mining. Furthermore, the mining Vale intends to develop and qualify local talent, increasing the supply of qualified labor, together with Senai.
Vacancies in the trainee program are given preference to candidates residing in cities with open positions or in communities surrounding Vale's operations. Vale's trainee program is carried out in partnership with the National Industrial Learning Service (Senai) and Vale's technical areas.
