The Vale Trainee Program 2023 With Senai Has Many Vacancies For Recent High School Graduates. No Experience Needed To Apply

With operations, offices, explorations, and joint ventures spread across five continents, Vale is the second-largest mining company in the world. Headquartered in Brazil and operating in about 30 countries, the company employs approximately 200,000 people, including its own and outsourced professionals. Currently, the mining company is accepting applications for its 2023 Trainee Program, in partnership with Senai.

Vale is the world’s largest producer of iron ore and the second largest producer of nickel. It also produces copper, coal, manganese, ferroalloys, fertilizers, cobalt, and platinum group metals. They also operate in the Logistics, Steelmaking, Energy, and Fertilizers sectors.

2023 Vale Trainee Program With Senai

Applications for the trainee selection process at Vale in partnership with Senai have been open since March 28 and will run until April 14, 2023. This year, the mining company offers about a thousand vacancies across four states: Espírito Santo, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, and Pará.

The aim of the 2023 trainee vacancies is to provide training in Vale and Senai’s operational and technical functions and to promote the inclusion of women in mining. Additionally, the mining company Vale aims to develop and qualify local talents, increasing the supply of skilled labor, in conjunction with Senai.

The trainee program vacancies prefer candidates who reside in cities with open positions or in communities around Vale’s operations. The Vale trainee program is conducted in partnership with the National Service for Industrial Training (Senai) and Vale’s technical areas.
