The aim of the 2023 trainee vacancies is to provide training in Vale and Senai’s operational and technical functions and to promote the inclusion of women in mining. Additionally, the mining company Vale aims to develop and qualify local talents, increasing the supply of skilled labor, in conjunction with Senai.
The trainee program vacancies prefer candidates who reside in cities with open positions or in communities around Vale’s operations. The Vale trainee program is conducted in partnership with the National Service for Industrial Training (Senai) and Vale’s technical areas.
