According to Official State Gazette, was published on the day January 29, the waiver of bidding that makes the hiring of the Fundatec (University Company Foundation of Technology and Sciences) as the organizing board of the competition.

The new contest will offer 400 vacancies for soldiers, a position that requires a high school education. Successful candidates are expected to be called in two stages:

- Not have a conviction with a custodial sentence or any other legal impediment to the position;
- Be up to date with military obligations (for men);
- Not to have been exempt from military service due to permanent physical incapacity;
- obtain National Driver's License (CNH) category “B” or higher.
