The program is designed to develop and enhance the skills of trainees, whether technical or behavioral, through practical experiences such as participation and leadership of projects, working in multidisciplinary teams, participation in training sessions, lectures, meetings, and technical visits.

Requirements:

Graduation between December/2017 and December/2020;
Intermediate English;
Availability to work in any location where DHL is present;
If foreign, possess a visa to work in Brazil;
The program does not require any specific course for application, considering graduates in bachelor’s degree.
