The company has opened applications for its trainee program. The program lasts 18 months and will have 25 trainee positions available nationwide.

The DHL Trainee Program 2021 prioritizes diversity to develop logistics operations managers who will bring new ideas and possibilities to our business and occupy leadership positions throughout Brazil.

The program is designed to develop and enhance the skills of trainees, whether technical or behavioral, through practical experiences such as participation and leadership of projects, working in multidisciplinary teams, participation in training sessions, lectures, meetings, and technical visits.

Requirements:

Graduation between December/2017 and December/2020;
Intermediate English;
Availability to work in any location where DHL is present;
If foreign, possess a visa to work in Brazil;
The program does not require any specific course for application, considering graduates in bachelor’s degree.

5 – Connection with Tomorrow’s Leaders: Will happen on April 20;
6 – DHL Game Day: Will happen on April 29;
7 – Final Interviews with Leadership: Will happen from May 4 to May 6;
8 – Admission: From the 2nd half of May.
