The 2021 DHL Trainee Program prioritizes diversity to train logistics operation managers who will bring new ideas and possibilities to our business and occupy leadership positions throughout Brazil.

The Program is designed to develop and enhance the Trainee's skills, whether technical or behavioral, through practical experiences such as participating in and conducting projects, working in multidisciplinary teams, participating in training, lectures, meetings and technical visits.

Requirements:

• Training between December/2017 to December/2020;
• Intermediary English;
• Availability to work in any location where DHL is present;
• If foreign, have a visa to work in Brazil;
• The program does not require any specific course to enroll, considering bachelor's degree graduates.

Stages of the trainee process:

• 1 – Registration: They go from the 17/03th to the 02/04th;
• 2 – Online test: They will take place from 17/03 to 04/04;
• 3 – Digital interview: They will take place from 17/03 to 02/04;
• 4 – Online group dynamics: They will take place from 12/4 to 16/04;
• 5 – Connection with the leaders of tomorrow: It will happen on the 20/04th;
• 6 – DHL Game Day: It will happen on the 29/04th;
• 7 – Final interviews with leadership: They will take place from 04/05 to 06/05;
• 8 – Admission: From the 2nd half of May.
