Banco Santander Brazil has opened registrations for the highly anticipated 2024 Trainee Program, which offers various job opportunities in São Paulo, covering areas such as Wholesale, Wealth Management, Risk, Finance, Technology, Retail, and others. Requirements and Benefits of the Trainee Program
To apply for the bank’s trainee program, it is necessary to have completed graduation between December 2020 and December 2023, with a degree in courses such as Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Law, Computer Science, Accounting, among others. Advanced knowledge of English and previous work experience will be considered as differentiators. The trainee program lasts for 12 months, with performance in the area of choice at the time of registration, in different projects, according to each business’s needs.
