Registrations for Santander’s Professional Development Program (Trainee) With a Salary of R$ 8,3 Thousand Are Now Open
Banco Santander Brazil has opened registrations for the highly anticipated 2024 Trainee Program, which offers various job opportunities in São Paulo, covering areas such as Wholesale, Wealth Management, Risk, Finance, Technology, Retail, and others. Selected participants in the trainee program will enjoy a salary of R$ 8,3 thousand, performance-based variable compensation, as well as benefits such as meal vouchers, transportation assistance, childcare assistance, medical and dental assistance, as well as a private pension plan.
Requirements and Benefits of the Trainee Program
To apply for the bank’s trainee program, it is necessary to have completed graduation between December 2020 and December 2023, with a degree in courses such as Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Law, Computer Science, Accounting, among others. Advanced knowledge of English and previous work experience will be considered as differentiators. The trainee program lasts for 12 months, with performance in the area of choice at the time of registration, in different projects, according to each business’s needs.
During this period, trainees will count on guidance from executives who will support their professional development. Highlights of the trainee program will also have the opportunity to participate in an international exchange as part of Santander’s global mobility program.
