G Mining Ventures Corp., a Canadian Company, Will Invest R$ 3 Billion to Extract Tons of Gold in Brazil. See Production and Cost Projections Until 2027.

The Canadian giant G Mining Ventures Corp. announced a historic investment of R$ 3 billion to extract tons of gold in Brazilian territory.

The focus is on the Tocantinzinho Gold Mine (TZ), located in Pará, and projects are expected to extend until the 2026/2027 biennium, with production concentrated mainly in the second semester of each year.

According to the company, the expectation is to produce between 160,000 and 190,000 ounces of gold this year, a volume slightly higher than what was registered in 2025.

The decision to concentrate extraction in the second semester reflects a strategic plan to maximize operational efficiency and financial return.

Investment in Gold and Detailed Operating Costs

G Mining projects operating costs of US$ 736 to US$ 865 per ounce of gold sold, while total maintenance costs are expected to vary between US$ 1,230 and US$ 1,444 per ounce.

The capital allocated for mine maintenance in 2026 will be US$ 69 million to US$ 81 million, including US$ 31 million to US$ 36 million aimed at waste removal.

In addition, the 2026 exploration program will be the largest in the corporation’s history, with a total budget expected between US$ 42 million and US$ 50 million, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the sustainable expansion of production.

International Expansion and New Projects

Alongside Brazil, G Mining is investing in the Oko West project in Guyana, with capital expected between US$ 514 million and US$ 568 million in 2026.

The objective is to accelerate gold production and consolidate the company’s presence in South America, ensuring consistent returns to shareholders.

According to the president and CEO of G Mining, Louis-Pierre Gignac:

“In TZ, we expect stable production while maintaining a competitive cost structure. In Oko West, project development is progressing as planned, supporting our goal of achieving first gold production in the second semester of 2027. With a solid balance sheet and continuous free cash flow generation, G Mining remains well-positioned to fund its growth initiatives.”

Economic Impact of the Company’s Investment

The Canadian investment promises to stimulate the local economy in Pará, generating direct and indirect jobs, as well as boosting sectors related to mining and logistics.

Experts highlight that large-scale projects like this can transform the region into an international mineral production hub.

Meanwhile, G Mining reinforces its commitment to operational efficiency, sustainability, and responsible expansion.

The Canadian company demonstrates with this plan that it aims not only to increase its gold production but also to establish itself as a global reference in the sector.

With an investment of R$ 3 billion and clear production targets, G Mining Ventures Corp. sets new standards for gold mining in Brazil.

The investment reinforces the country’s prominence in the global precious metals market and shows how foreign companies continue to bet on Brazilian potential, combining technology, capital, and international expertise.
