The initiative is a partnership with the Open University of Brazil (UAB), aiming to create a reserve list of tutors who will work at the physical hubs of the specialization courses. In total, there are 72 positions available across four specialization courses: Specialized Educational Assistance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, School Management in the Perspective of Integral Education, and Teaching for Professional and Technological Education.

Who Can Participate
To participate, candidates must meet some basic requirements, such as being a natural or naturalized Brazilian, or a foreigner with permanent residency. Additionally, it is necessary to have knowledge and experience in using computers and their tools, availability of 20 hours per week, and at least one year of teaching experience. Those who are already students of the specialization courses offered or who receive scholarships from another funding body cannot participate.
Selection Process Will Be Conducted Through Curriculum Analysis
The selection process for online tutors will be conducted through curriculum analysis, where criteria such as teaching experience in classroom and EAD settings, experience in distance education tutoring, academic performance index, and academic qualifications will be evaluated, with specific points assigned for each item. The preliminary result will be announced on July 13, 2024, and the final result, after appeals, on July 15, 2024.
The enrollment of selected candidates will be conducted according to the schedule established by IFPI. It is essential that all interested parties stay informed of the dates and requirements to ensure their participation in the selection process.
Benefits
Selected education tutors will receive a teaching scholarship of R$ 1,100.00, as regulated by current laws and ordinances. Activities include support for in-person meetings, attendance registration, monitoring student performance, participation in meetings, and training activities, among other responsibilities.
Enrollment
Applications have been open since June 7, 2024, and will close at 11:59 PM on July 8, 2024. The entire application process is carried out online through the IFPI website, where candidates must fill out a form, pay an application fee of R$ 40.00, and attach the necessary documents, such as proof of address, identification card, CPF, undergraduate diploma, among others.
