On The Verge Of Completing 10 Years In The Brazilian Market, The Fiat Toro Arrives At The 2026 Line With A Linear Adjustment Of R$ 2,000 In All Versions, Raising The Starting Price To R$ 159,490 And Repositioning The Pickup At A Higher Level, Even Without Mechanical Changes

Fiat has started selling the 2026 line of the Fiat Toro with a linear adjustment across the range. All versions became R$ 2,000 more expensive, raising the starting price of the pickup to R$ 159,490 in the Brazilian market.

The increase comes along with the largest visual renewal in the model’s history and the incorporation of new equipment, repositioning the Toro at a higher price point just before completing 10 years in the market.

Adjustment Affects The Entire Range Without Exceptions

The R$ 2,000 increase was applied uniformly, regardless of the engine or trim level. The Endurance 1.3 Turbo Flex version now costs R$ 159,490, while the Freedom rises to R$ 169,490.

The Volcano 1.3 Turbo Flex reaches R$ 186,490, and the Ultra Flex goes up to R$ 196,490, becoming the most expensive option among the gasoline versions of the 2026 line.

Diesel Versions Concentrate The Highest Prices

In the diesel configurations, the Fiat Toro 2026 also suffered the same nominal adjustment. The Volcano equipped with a 2.2 Turbo Diesel engine is now sold for R$ 210,490.

At the top of the range, the Ranch 2.2 Turbo Diesel version reaches R$ 228,490. With this price, it remains the most expensive Toro ever sold since the pickup’s launch in Brazil.

Increase Accompanied By New Standard Equipment

Fiat associates the adjustment with the expansion of the equipment package. One of the main advancements of the 2026 line is the adoption of disc brakes on all four wheels across all versions, correcting a historical absence of the model.

Another new feature introduced since the entry-level versions is the electronic parking brake with auto hold function, which replaces the traditional mechanical lever and frees up space in the center console.

Content Grows Even In The Entry-Level Versions

The Endurance version now comes with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster as standard, in addition to full LED headlights and taillights, features that were not previously available from the most basic configuration.

In the intermediate and higher versions, the evolution continues with larger multimedia centers, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, wireless phone charging, electrical adjustments, and driving assistance packages, depending on the chosen version.

Mechanics Remain Unchanged Despite The New Price

Even with the increase, Fiat has opted to keep the engines of the Toro 2026 unchanged. The 1.3 Turbo Flex engine continues to deliver 176 hp and 27.5 kgfm of torque, always paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.

The 2.2 Turbo Diesel powertrain also remains the same, delivering 200 hp and 45.9 kgfm, with a nine-speed automatic transmission and 4×4 drive with low range, designed for off-road use.

Hybrid System Delayed Until Next Year

Despite the visual renewal and the enhancement of equipment, the 2026 line does not debut the anticipated 48V mild hybrid system associated with the 1.3 Turbo Flex engine, which is also expected to bring a dual-clutch transmission.

Thus, the linear increase of R$ 2,000 primarily reflects improvements in safety, comfort, and finish, leaving electrification as the main absence in this update of the Fiat Toro.
