The first sustainable car from Land Rover will be the famous Range Rover. The model will take advantage of the arrival of the 5th generation, which was recently presented, and will be manufactured on the new MLA platform, developed by the group for a series of electric cars that, after various doubts, decided to reserve only for the Range Rover. Expecting a fully electric version, without gasoline use, to arrive in 3 years, the new 2022 Range Rover will start as a plug-in hybrid in two versions that will be available by the end of next year: The new Range Rover P440e and P510e.

New Electric Cars From Range Rover Will Feature Cutting-Edge Technologies
In addition to the electric motors, the new plug-in hybrids also make a significant leap compared to their predecessor, from other points of view as well. The model features, for the first time, four-wheel steering, making it easier to navigate sharp turns.
The new generation utilizes state-of-the-art software compatible with remote updates that can intervene in both the infotainment system and all other aspects that affect the engine and active chassis. Among various features that changed in the new model that uses less gasoline, is the very elegant “living room” on wheels, as well as a noise cancellation system.
The model utilizes 35 speakers from the 1,600 Watt Meridian Signature system and a series of microphones that assess the sounds spreading inside the cabin to ensure a guaranteed silence.
