Espro is a private, philanthropic, non-profit association. Founded by the initiative of units of the Rotary Club of São Paulo, it has been working for over 40 years in the training of adolescents and young people in social vulnerability through socio-educational actions, mediation of access, and integration into the job market.
Espro was the first institution to be certified for the Young Apprentice Program in the year 2000. The company aims to train and insert adolescents and young adults into the job market. In addition to referrals, it also offers various social projects and actions for the families and communities of the apprentices.
