Espro's Young Apprentice Program offers 22 vacancies in Amparo (SP) for young candidates who are looking for their first job in the labor market

Fundada por iniciativa de unidades do Rotary Club de São Paulo, atua há mais de 40 anos na capacitação de adolescentes e jovens, em vulnerabilidade social, por meio de ações socioeducativas, mediação de acesso e integração ao mundo do trabalho.

Espro was the first institution to be certified for the Young Apprentice Program in 2000. The company aims to train and insert teenagers and young adults into the job market. In addition to referrals, it also offers various projects and social actions for the apprentices' families and communities.

Candidates selected as a Young Apprentice will receive benefits, such as: salary of R$ 788,00, transport vouchers and dental assistance. The working day is 06 hours a day, that is, from 8 am to 14 pm, from Monday to Friday.

Young Apprentice Requirements Espro

• Young people aged between 17 and 21 years
• Elementary school and high school (attending or completed)
• Possess a Work Card
