Set to start in January 2021, the Program lasts for two years. Selected candidates will work in the areas of Trading, Industry, Finance, Commercial, Operations, Agriculture, or IT. Trainees will undergo immersion, training, and job rotation among various activities within their chosen area.
The LDC seeks professionals with excellent communication skills, decision-making ability, and time management, as well as flexibility and a team-oriented spirit.
LDC Trainee Program 2021
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with graduation between 12/2018 and 12/2020;
- Willingness to relocate and establish residence in the locations where LDC operates;
- English at an Advanced level.
Process Phases:
Application (set aside about 1 hour for this phase) – In this phase, you will need to:
- Cultural fit test;
- English test;
- Fill out a form with options for areas of interest.
Logical Reasoning Test (set aside about 30 minutes for this phase)
Video Interview (set aside about 10 minutes for this phase)
