Customer Service (WhatsApp and Voice) – Santo André, SP
The selected professional will work on the front line of customer relationships in the high-value retail sector, with a specialized focus on the financial segment. The main responsibility will be to provide excellent inbound service, using WhatsApp and voice calls channels. Daily activities include clarifying doubts about cancellations, receipts, and invoices, performing financial calculations such as pro-rata, and accurately recording all information and requests in the system.
