Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields;
- Previous experience in the role and in similar activities plus knowledge in Workload Zena or similar tools;
- Experience with hardware and software installation and configuration, as well as user support skills, both in-person and remote, with knowledge of Service Desk tools and inventories;
- Technical English (desirable).
