Coca Cola Invites High School Students from All Over Brazil for Free and Online Courses, with Job Opportunities in Partner Companies
The multinational that is the largest producer of non-alcoholic beverages in Brazil, Coca Cola, is offering, for young people throughout Brazil, positions in a free and online professional qualification course. Candidates aged 16 to 25 who are currently enrolled in or have completed high school can participate in the selection. At the end of the program, graduates can apply for the recruitment processes of a network of partner employers.

The employability program “Coletivo Online” is run by the Coca-Cola Brazil Institute, in partnership with Coca-Cola Femsa Brazil, the largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world by sales volume.
Since its implementation in 2009, the Coletivo platform has impacted more than 256,000 young people in communities across Brazil. Of these, over 77,000 have gained access to the job market. In 2020 alone, 7,500 people graduated from the in-person and online programs, with 68% being Black and 70% being women.

Senai will pay for you to take a course: in partnership with Petrobras, the program offers 4,000 free spots in technical courses with a certificate recognized by the MEC and a monthly allowance of up to R$ 800 to train professionals for the Brazilian industry.

About the Free and Online Professional Qualification Course Offered by Coca Cola
The initiative aims to connect young people aged 16 to 25, residents of communities, to job opportunities through a network of around 400 partner employers.
The free and online professional qualification course Coletivo Online, offered by Coca Cola, focuses on topics related to the world of work, life plan development, financial planning, CV building, and how to prepare for interviews and selection processes.
Those who watch the video lessons and complete the practical activities receive a completion certificate, and at the end of the course, participants are invited to register in the program’s job listing communities, allowing them to apply for the recruitment processes of a network of partner employers.
Requirements: have completed high school or be currently enrolled and possess a WhatsApp number, as the course is 100% online and will be delivered via the app.
