Coca Cola invites high school students from all over Brazil to take free courses and online, with job opportunities in partner companies
The largest multinational producer of non-alcoholic beverages in Brazil, Coca Cola, is offering young people from all over Brazil places in a free course and online of professional qualification. Candidates who are between 16 and 25 years old and are studying or have already completed high school can participate in the selection process. At the end of the program, graduates will be able to apply for the selection processes of a network of employer partners.

The “Coletivo Online” employability program is carried out by the Coca-Cola Brasil institute, in partnership with Coca-Cola Femsa Brasil, the largest bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world in terms of sales volume.
Since the beginning of its implementation, in 2009, the Coletivo platform has already impacted more than 256 young people in scattered Brazilian communities. Of these, more than 77 had access to the job market. Only in 2020, they graduated, in the classes of the face-to-face programs and online, 7.500 people, 68% black and 70% women.
About free course and online of professional qualification offered by Coca Cola
The initiative aims to connect young people from 16 to 25 years old, residents of communities, to opportunities in the job market, through a network of around 400 employer partners.
The free course online Collective Online professional qualification course, offered by Coca Cola, is focused on themes of the world of work, elaboration of a life plan, financial planning, curriculum building and how to prepare for interviews and selection processes.
Those who watch the video classes and do the practical activities receive a certificate of completion and, at the end of the course, participants are invited to register in the program's vacancy communities, being able to apply for the selection processes of a network of employer partners.
Requirements: have completed high school or are currently studying and have a WhatsApp number, as the course is 100% online and will be transmitted via the app.
