The Job Openings at Multinational Danone, One of the World’s Leaders in the Food Sector, Are for Candidates with No Experience Seeking Their First Job

Many job openings for candidates with no experience seeking their first job in the 2021 Internship Program are open by one of the world’s leaders in the food sector, the multinational Danone. The opportunities are for work in São Paulo (SP) and Poços de Caldas (MG), and the deadline will be open until June 18. See below how to submit your resume.

As in previous years, the process will be 100% online (from registration to final interview) and blind, excluding criteria such as age, course, or university, aiming to attract candidates from different ethnicities and regions, and does not require English as a prerequisite. To apply for a position, candidates must be enrolled and attending their penultimate or final year of higher education, possess logical reasoning skills, and have the desire to develop and face significant challenges.

According to Danone, the goal is to find individuals who resonate more with Danone and the position, as well as identify with the company’s purpose and causes, prioritizing behavioral competencies and cultural fit.

The novelty in the 2021 Internship Program is that it will be entirely conducted by the Danone team, without the assistance of any consulting firm, using Kenoby’s recruitment and selection software – and, after the process, a talent pool will be formed for Danone’s use throughout the year, potentially generating opportunities for applicants beyond the program.
