Internship Program Recruitment and Selection 2024 of CBA – Brazilian Company of Aluminum Opens Registrations for 50 Positions and Performs Recruitment in Diverse Areas

CBA – Brazilian Company of Aluminum is now accepting applications for its recruitment and selection program for internship positions, which seeks diverse profiles aligned with its ESG Strategy. Applications for the selection can be made until February 19, 2024. Check below for more details about the job openings and recruitment.

50 Positions in the Selection in Diverse Areas and Attractive Benefits

The recruitment and selection program offers 50 positions aimed at students from fields such as Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Environmental, and Materials), Mechanical Projects, Mechanical Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Systems Technology, Systems Analysis, and Data Science.

The internship positions will last for two years and those selected in the recruitment will receive benefits such as medical and dental assistance, life insurance, basic food basket, meals, and transportation.

Selection Process and Position Selection Will Be Online and in Partnership with Wall Jobs

The selection process and position selection will be conducted entirely online, with the support of Wall Jobs, a recruitment platform specialized in young talents. Candidates will undergo digital assessments and interviews with CBA managers.

Those approved in the recruitment will participate in an integration process with internal activities and are expected to start in March 2024. In addition, Development Workshops will be offered, aiming for learning and exchanging experiences about the Company’s values, strategies, and objectives.
