The Ministry of Tourism of Brazil has announced the opening of registrations for a variety of qualification vocational courses in the tourism sector, offering a total of 6,000 vacancies. Check below for more details about the vocational courses and how to apply, as well as other opportunities.

Vacancies in Vocational Courses in Spanish

In addition to the mentioned options, the program also includes vacancies in basic and intermediate Spanish vocational courses, aimed at tourism professionals and those who wish to enter this field. Classes are expected to start on March 18, 2024.

This initiative results from a strategic partnership between the Ministry of Tourism and the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Sul-Rio-grandense (IFSul), aiming to strengthen professional qualification in the sector. The courses will be taught in various regions of Brazil, including the Northern, Central-Western, and Southern regions, expanding access to training for a broader audience.

EaD Modality and Worker Training Scholarship

Those interested in vocational courses can apply for vacancies in Initial and Continuing Education (FIC) or professional qualification courses, through the Worker Training Scholarship of the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment (Pronatec), in a distance modality.

The emphasis on qualification is a strategic priority of the Ministry of Tourism, which seeks to prepare an increasing number of professionals to meet the demands of the sector. This initiative gains even more relevance in view of the upcoming COP-30, an international climate event scheduled for 2025 in Belém (PA), where the preparation of qualified professionals will be essential.
