SP Contest: Public Competition Announced by TRF-3 for 2023: Check Positions and Vacancies Expected in the Draft Notice with Salaries Ranging from 7,000 to 12,000 Reais

It Is About to Be Published the Notice for the New Public Competition of the Federal Regional Court of the 3rd Region, in the States of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul. Last Thursday, the agency published the basic project of its selection, containing some information about the vacancies, scheduled stages in the selection notice, and the positions. 

This competition has the main objective of filling vacant positions and those that will become vacant in the Federal Regional Court 3rd Region and also in the judicial sections of the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul.

According to the contract summary established, the organizing institution of the competition has already been defined, being the São Paulo State University “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” Foundation – VUNESP, which will be responsible for the organization, planning, and execution of all the public competition procedures on December 21, 2022. 

The expectation is that there will be more than 30,000 applications, considering about 22,500 applicants for analyst positions; and up to 7,500 for technical positions.

POSITIONS AND VACANCIES

In the same way that the basic project is being disclosed, the offer of 23 immediate vacancies is also planned, in addition to the creation of a reserve list for Judicial Analyst positions (18) and Judicial Technician positions (05). 

REMUNERATION: 

In addition to these positions and the number of vacancies, this basic project also discloses the offered remuneration for those who will be approved. In the case of the Technician, the salary offered is about R$ 7,591.37, while for the Analysts it is R$ 12,455.30.

Even with all this data, on January 10, 2023, a law was amended, Law No. 11,416, of December 15, 2006, which modifies the remuneration of the careers of civil servants of the Judiciary Branch of the Union. Thus, these salaries for the year 2023 became:

Position – Judicial Analyst 

Initial Salary – R$ 13,202.62 

Final Salary – R$ 19,823.62

Position – Judicial Technician 

Initial Salary – R$ 8,046.84

Final Salary – R$ 12,083.30 

In addition, from the base salary, a preschool assistance of R$ 951.84 is added, and a food assistance of about R$ 1,203.76.

TRF-3 EXAMS 

Candidates interested in participating in the selection can already start preparing, as according to the basic project presented, the stages will be applied as follows: 

– Objective test, of classificatory and eliminatory character, for all positions; 

– Discursive test –  Case study, of classificatory and eliminatory character, for all positions, except for Judicial Police

– Discursive test – Essay, only for the Technician – Judicial Police Agents; 

– Physical Ability Test, only for the 

Technician – Judicial Police Agent. 

The discursive and objective tests will be conducted on the same day and will last about 4h30, with candidates required to answer 60 multiple-choice questions, which will consist of:

– 20 general knowledge questions and;

– 40 specific knowledge questions

Candidates for the position of Judicial Technician, Specialty Judicial Police Agent will respond to 80 multiple-choice questions, and will also carry out an essay and a physical ability test. 

The discursive test will consist of 02 practical questions, for which the candidate must present all solutions in writing.
