Empiricus Has Just Opened Several Positions for Its 40+ Trainee Program, Aimed at Professionals Over 40

Last Wednesday (26), Empiricus, a company specialized in financial content publishing, opened several positions for its 40+ Trainee Program, aimed at professionals over 40 who wish to work at the analysis house and enter the sector. The deadline to apply for the Trainee program is June 5.

Get to Know Empiricus’ 40+ Trainee Program

The program aimed at professionals over 40 offers a scholarship of R$ 2,000. As a requirement, candidates must reside in São Paulo or have easy access to the city, as activities will take place in person at the company headquarters in Itaim. Candidates do not need to have completed higher education, and retirees are also eligible to apply.

According to Empiricus’ HR director, Thiago Veras, the world of investments enters people’s lives at around 30, when many start to experience financial stability.

According to Veras, the Trainee program lasts six months, has six positions, and professionals will go through a development track in the following areas of Empiricus: Research Analysis, Customer Experience, and Copy.

The selection process for the Trainee positions will have the following stages:

Cultural fit questionnaire;
General knowledge test;
Essay titled: “What is the Importance of Individual Investors in the Brazilian Economy?”;
Individual interview;
Case presentation (HR and manager).
