The Opportunities for Trainee Positions Are for Electronic, Chemical, and Mechatronic Engineers, with Applications Open Until the 30th

Unipar, a chemical industry company, has opened applications for its trainee program for young engineers who have graduated in chemical, electronic, and mechatronic engineering in the last three years.

Regarding the requirements for the trainee program for engineers, the company requests advanced English, analytical skills, teamwork, communication, among others. The benefits include: competitive salary, medical assistance, dental assistance, profit sharing, life insurance, and a private pension plan.

The trainee program will last for 1 year and includes support and guidance from the company for better technical, behavioral, and business training, as well as mentoring and training sessions. It also anticipates periodic follow-ups, performance evaluations, and the development of an application project.

The stages of the process are as follows:

Online Stages: evaluation of applicants, language tests, and group dynamics;

In-Person Stages: panels and individual interviews in São Paulo and Buenos Aires.
