In total, there will be eight positions distributed between Brazil (5) and Argentina (3). The selected areas of operation will be production, environment, and commercial.
The company’s operations in Brazil take place in São Paulo (office), Cubatão, and Santo André (factories). In Argentina, the company has an office in Buenos Aires and a factory in Bahía Blanca.
Regarding the requirements for the trainee program for engineers, the company requests advanced English, analytical skills, teamwork, communication, among others. The benefits include: competitive salary, medical assistance, dental assistance, profit sharing, life insurance, and a private pension plan.
The trainee program will last for 1 year and includes support and guidance from the company for better technical, behavioral, and business training, as well as mentoring and training sessions. Online Stages: evaluation of applicants, language tests, and group dynamics;
In-Person Stages: panels and individual interviews in São Paulo and Buenos Aires.
