Monitora Soluções Tecnológicas, a technology company that has been developing digital solutions since 2010, assisting national and international players, has over 60 open IT positions in the home office modality for various profiles of senior developers and specialists to work on innovative and distinctive projects in Brazil and other countries. According to data from the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communication Companies (Brasscom), by 2024, 420 thousand IT professionals will be needed, with 46 thousand being trained each year.

This situation worsens even further when employees are more experienced. According to a survey conducted in April of this year by InfoJobs, 78% of the 4.5 thousand respondents said that the market does not give the same chances to young people and professionals over 40 years old.
