- Fluent English;
- Preferably graduated in Accounting / Business Administration;

- Experience in developing motor business (low and medium voltage);
- Strong commercial experience in the region;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Skills in reading wiring diagrams, technical specifications, commercial contracts; knowledge and/or extensive experience in marketing initiatives and/or commercial background; knowledge of electrical industrial production;
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer focus;
- Experience in developing market analyses – history, trends, and behavior;
